Yes. Most services have a one-off setup fee that covers the build, integration, testing, and handover. Your free assessment quote will include both the setup cost and the ongoing monthly total so there are no surprises.
What's included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and support for everything we've built. It is not just a licence fee. If something breaks, we fix it. If something needs updating, we update it.
Do you work outside Lancashire?
Yes. We work with businesses across the UK. Most of our work is remote, so location is rarely a barrier. We're based on the Fylde Coast and can meet face to face with businesses in Lancashire and the North West.
Can I start with just one thing?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a single automation or a website, then add more as they see results. There's no requirement to take multiple services at once.
How does billing work?
Setup fees are split 50/50: half on agreement, half on go-live. The monthly fee starts from go-live and is billed monthly. All prices are ex-VAT.
Can I edit the website content myself?
Yes — every website we build includes a private content editing dashboard. You can update text, images, pricing, FAQs, and team information yourself without a developer. Up to three editors included as standard. We provide a handover session so your team is confident using it from day one.
